Hello!!

It's Febrary, which means I get to start making the game!

Gameplay Strats

I think I've come up with a neat way I wanna try out doing devlogs. I'm gonna share a bunch of information in them, but... I'll put a table of contents at the top, so if there's anything you wanna be surprised by, you can run away from my post!

I'll try this out to see if anyone strongly dislikes it and thinks that I should never do it again! If not, I can try doing it this way from now on!

Today, we will be discussing...

• Basic character info
• Plot premise

Characters

In case you haven't figured it out yet, the characters are gonna be these guys!!

The little one is the protagonist, and the big one is the... not protagonist!

Also, they finally have names! The protagonist is Gilbert and the other guy is Hugh. If I don't wind up putting their last names in the game, I'll put them up somewhere else!

I don't think the names are bad, but I'm not super committed to them, either...

As is pretty apparent from the image, Gilbert is very outgoing, Hugh is more reserved. That's the impression they tend to leave on other people.

Plot

So, basically...

1. Childhood friends
2. Yay
3. Oh no
4. Sad
5. OMG it's you!!

Yeah, that's pretty much the plot! Hahahah!

It's about them having a chance encounter after falling out of touch for several years. I thought the idea could make for quite a wholesome story.

(Plz don't ask why they fell out of touch I'm still working on that)
